Steps to request account & data deletion:
You can request delete your account by sending an email to dev@vitalkingdom.com (the email for Games and its belonging games), requesting us to delete your account.
1. Open your Email account.
2. Now compose an email and write the email address dev@vitalkingdom.com
3. In the Subject section, just type “REQUEST TO DELETE MY ACCOUNT”.
4. Now compose an email requesting us to delete your account by providing your Account Name, Account ID Number, connected third-party account name and id number and Email Address.

If you want to delete your game account, please be aware that you will not receive a refund for any unused items you purchased or earned. You need to cancel any auto-renewable in-game, which is authorized to charge your payment method, before proceeding with the deletion request.
